Walters are male human clones, created by the Different [[Walter Reynolds]]. The Walters are physically identical to [[Walter Reynolds]], the same height, build, and appearance. Mentally however, the Walters possess only limited functionality. They are born with a greatly diminished ability to understand English and virtually no learning or memory capacity. The Walters are docile and compliant, making them well suited to performing menial tasks.


Walters have a lifespan of eight months to a year. They have an extremely limited ability to heal. They cannot recover from more than minor scrapes and cuts. The Walters require approximately 1,200 calories a day to function, as well as water and nutrients. They also need 6 hours of sleep a day.


Walters were originally used by [[Ultracorps]] in the 1990s to perform menial tasks for the corporation. Walters were used as janitors, farm workers, landscapers, and even performed some simple manufacturing jobs.  In 2004, [[Ultracorps]] received a contract to develop Walters for use as sanitation workers around the [[Los Angeles MA]]. The program has been a complete success with over 2,000 Walters now actively sweeping streets and collecting garbage at any one time. [[Ultracorps]] has proposed expanding the Walters program to other [[Metro Areas]].
