== Biography ==
Linda Briggs was born in Akron, Ohio and was the daughter of two schoolteachers. Linda kept her abilities a secret until 1982 when she voluntarily turned herself into authorities. She had heard about the creation of the [[think.Net]] communication system and wished to use her [[Telepath|Telepathic]] abilities to assist.
Linda was quickly integrated into the [[think.Net]] system and became major contributor to the development and expansion of the network through the 1980’s and early 90’s. In 1995, Linda accepted a position working for the Defense Department where she worked to develop internal government system for data storage and communication. In 2010, Linda began working for the [[Office of Exceptional Cases]], using her abilities to track dangerous Differents. Upon the creation of the [[Field Office Program]], Linda was assigned to work in Los Angeles, where she serves as the direct link between the office and the central [[OEC]] network.

She can read thoughts by accessing the inner monologues of individuals around her. She can also connect multiple minds over a great distance, allowing for long range communication. She can track individuals through their unique brain patterns. As a powerful [[Telepath]], Linda has the capability to push suggestions into individuals’ minds effectively giving her a limited measure of mind control.
