Biography
Linda Briggs was born in Akron, Ohio and was the daughter of two schoolteachers. Linda kept her abilities a secret until 1982 when she voluntarily turned herself into authorities. She had heard about the creation of the think.Net communication system and wished to use her Telepathic abilities to assist. Linda was quickly integrated into the think.Net system and became major contributor to the development and expansion of the network through the 1980’s and early 90’s. In 1995, Linda accepted a position working for the Defense Department where she worked to develop internal government system for data storage and communication. In 2010, Linda began working for the Office of Exceptional Cases, using her abilities to track dangerous Differents. Upon the creation of the Field Office Program, Linda was assigned to work in Los Angeles, where she serves as the direct link between the office and the central OEC network.

Linda is Cognitively Enhanced, subtype Telepath. Her mind is capable if interacting with other minds in unique ways. She can read thoughts by accessing the inner monologues of individuals around her. She can also connect multiple minds over a great distance, allowing for long range communication. She can track individuals through their unique brain patterns. As a powerful Telepath, Linda has the capability to push suggestions into individuals’ minds effectively giving her a limited measure of mind control.
