Soviet military operative who confronted [[BlueHawk]] in Vietnam in 1965. After killing thousands as a result of their battle, the two agreed to remain within their national borders. Borshev honored this agreement until 1982, when he and [[BlueHawk]] mutually agreed to leave their national borders in order to track the terrorist Different [[Cabot]] in the Middle East. [[Cabot]], [[BlueHawk]], and Borshev are all missing an presumed dead as a result of the ensuing confrontation.
