== Biography ==
Arnold was born in the [[Los Angeles Metro Area]], the child of two Federal government workers. Arnold tested positive on his [[Genetic Incongruity Scan]] when he was 10 and he turned himself in to [[Section 26]] custody. He graduated at the age of 18. He accepted a position in [[Ultracorps]] Contract Deliveries, working with several local restaurants and providing meal delivery services.

== Differentiation ==

Arnold is [[Physically Enhanced]], a [[Speedster]]. He is capable of running is speeds in excess of four-hundred-an-fifty miles an hour. Arnold is only capable of maintaining his top speed for a few minutes. His body has adapted to run at high speeds, including increased muscle and bone strength.
