Biography
Arnold was born in the Los Angeles Metro Area, the child of two Federal government workers. Arnold tested positive on his Genetic Incongruity Scan when he was 10 and he turned himself in to Section 26 custody. He graduated at the age of 18. He accepted a position in Ultracorps Contract Deliveries, working with several local restaurants and providing meal delivery services.
Differentiation
Arnold is Physically Enhanced, a Speedster. He is capable of running is speeds in excess of four-hundred-an-fifty miles an hour. Arnold is only capable of maintaining his top speed for a few minutes. His body has adapted to run at high speeds, including increased muscle and bone strength.
