Also called the OEC, it is subsection of Defense Department [[Section 26]]. It acts as a law enforcement agency whose primary purpose is to apprehend dangerous Different who are too powerful to be stopped by normal law enforcement agents. The OEC, uses Different agents to accomplish this goal. These specially-selected and rigorously trained Differents are the only Different legally allowed to operate in a law enforcement capacity as a result of the [[Different Acts of 1996]]. They have stopped many notable Different fugitives, most notably, [[The Beast]].
