[[Big Brain]] Differents who are an integral part of the [[think.Net]] system. They serve the function of data management. The [[Telepath]]s involved in [[think.Net]] essentially receive all of the thoughts occurring in a designated area. The Librarians can parse through these thoughts for users who are communicating using [[think.Net]], and then those thoughts can be exchanged between the two intended users. Without using the Librarians, the [[Telepath]]s would not be able to make sense of the jumble of thoughts they receive.
 
Librarians are also used to store and access information through [[think.Net]] including recorded visual input caller [[Tele-Watching]], archives of Pre-[[Plague]] entertainment, banking information, information services for business, and many more. The [[Head Librarian]] delegates information requests to the individual Librarians
