== Biography ==

Hector was born in the [[Los Angeles Metro Area]] in 1987. His parents both worked on fishing boats, alternating between times at sea and caring for the children. Hector Differentiated in 2003 when his body began producing an unusual, semi-solid substance. Hector turned himself into [[Section 26]] where he was evaluated. In 2005 was released from [[Section 26]], with an offer of employment from [[Ultracorps]]. They use the unique substance Hector produces, called [[Construct]], primarily to create home furniture that is sold by Ultracorps. 

== Differentiation ==

Hector is able to produce a unique substance out of glands in his hands. This substance displays unusual properties. The compound, called [[Construct]], has properties of a non-Newtonian fluid, which alternates between and stiff and gel like state based on its exposure to vibrations or electrical charges. [[Ultracorps]] has developed several industrial uses for the substance, though the most common use for [[Construct]] is furniture. Hector can control his body's creation of [[Construct]]. In order to maximize his production of the substance, Hector requires approximately 350,000 calories a day. He can survive on a normal human diet, he will just produce very little [[Construct]].
