== Biography ==
Harry Richards was born in Bakersfield California in 1971. As [[The Plagues]] worsened, his family moved to the [[Los Angeles Metro Area]]. Harry was living in a refugee camp in 1987 when there was an earthquake. This event triggered Harry’s Differentiation. His body absorbed the energy of the quake, as soon as the seismic waves reached his body. He then released the pent up energy as an electrical spark, causing a small fire. Harry turned himself into the custody of [[Section 26]], where he was tested and evaluated. In 1989, Harry Richards went to work for Ultracorps technology, where he continues to work as part of a contract with the [[Los Angeles Metro Area]] to absorb earthquakes that might damage the Metro Area and converting it into electricity.

== Differentiation ==
Harry Richards is an [[External]] [[Energy Source]] Different whose body absorbs the high intensity low wavelength acoustic energy generated by seismic events. His body absorbs the energy as soon as the wave makes physical contact with his body. Harry then quickly releases this energy as an electrical charge. Harry’s body is not sustained by this energy and he has normal human metabolic needs.
