== Biography ==

Robert Romano was a member of the [[Bruno]] Crime Family. He worked with his sister [[Lydia Romano]] as hit-men. Robert and [[Lydia Romano|Lydia]] called in by the [[Bruno]] Family in order to use their abilities against well protected targets. Robert and [[Lydia Romano|Lydia]] were implicated in the killings of at least fifteen individuals from 1990- 1996 in all eight [[Metro Areas]]. Authorities had them listed in suspects in dozens of other murders. Robert and [[Lydia Romano|Lydia]] were added to the list of the FBI’s most wanted criminals in 1994.


In 1996, Robert Romano was involved in [[The Chicago Incident]]. Robert and [[Lydia Romano|Lydia]] attempted to kill the vigilante Different [[Captain Freedom]].  Robert was believed to have been tasked with protecting his sister, while she attempted to kill [[Captain Freedom]] using her abilities as a [[Heater]]. Although his body was never found, Robert Romano was presumed dead as a result of those events.


== Differentiation ==

Robert Romano was never evaluated by [[Section 26]]; what is known about him is put together from police and eye witness reports. Robert was a [[Physically Enhanced]] Different, more specifically a [[Speedster]]. He possessed the ability to move at speeds thousands of times faster than a normal human. It is assumed Robert was endowed with the same increased bone density, muscle mass, and improved reflexes usually found in [[Speedster]]s.


Robert is presumed to have been [[Metabolic]]. Most [[Speedster]]s require somewhere between 25,000-300,000 calories in order to utilized their abilities fully.
