Styro
Styro is an adhesive chemical produced by the Different Beatrice Baker. It is the key component in the fabrication of B-Crete. In its raw state, Styro is extremely difficult to manage. It is produced by glands located in Beatrice Baker’s wrists. From there, it is handled indirectly, only making direct contact with Maceo Steel surfaces. The structure of Maceo Steel makes it impossible to bond with. The Styro is than placed Maceo Steel containers where it can be sent around the nation, mixed with water and gravel, and form B-Crete.
Prior to the introduction of Maceo Steel, Styro was more difficult to transport. It needed to be diluted prior to shipping, in order to be safely handled. The introduction of Maceo Steel has made the handling and transportation of Styro significantly easier. Undiluted Styro is occasionally used in construction, but its volatile nature usually makes it more trouble than it is worth.
