Biography
Danny Libdo was born in 1990 in the Minneapolis Metro Area. In 2007, Danny was given the Genetic Incongruity Scan screening at school which had been deployed in 2005 but was still being fully implemented. Danny came back positive which several blood tests confirmed. Danny surrendered himself to Section 26 custody. Since Danny was 17, and still had not Differentiated, he was subjected to Stress Testing. On October 12, 2007, it is believed that Danny Libdo Differentiated. The results of that process created a nuclear explosion that destroyed 90% of the Minneapolis Metro Area and its residents. Danny was also killed.
Differentiation
Danny’s abilities were never fully evaluated as he was killed immediately upon their being developed. It is theorized that Danny had the ability to split atoms. This would explain the atom bomb-like explosion which Danny seemed to create. It is not known which, if any, element of the Stress Testing triggered Danny’s Differentiation.
